

Deb Halberstadt
Owner/videographer/producer HalfCity Productions
Deb Halberstadt was graduated from Lawrence University with a Bachelor
of Arts Degree. She served as NBC Manager
Media Services-Photography
for Corporate Communications (formerly known as Media or Public
Relations) where she
managed a staff of 14 and a yearly million-dollar
budget. Her shooting experience includes portraiture, episodic
television,
sports, news, public and private publicity, promotion
and
advertising. Before NBC, she worked for the Associated Press
as a
picture editor/photographer in Chicago and Los Angeles.
Ms. Halberstadt is a producer, field and post-production director, and
videographer with long and strong experience
in newspapers, wire
services, magazines, television networks, public relations, public
sector and corporate communications.
In 1989, Deb organized, and has
since run, HalfCity Productions, a digital video and multi-media
company. She has hands-on knowledge of all
aspects of field and studio
production and post-production. Much of her experience lies in the Los
Angeles market, though some of it has been
in other areas of
California, in other states, and abroad.
Jon Hainer
Chief Financial Officer / Administrator / Writer / Producer
Jon Hainer is an executive with more than
30 years of experience in a
variety of fields. His has been admitted as an expert
by the Superior
Court of Los Angeles and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court on banking, finance
and forensic accounting matters.
He provides litigation support
services including preparation of deposition and trial questions,
analyses of financial statements
and of other accounting records. He
writes business plans, marketing studies, and implementation plans for
revamping and
refinancing troubled companies. He co-founded and was CFO
of a specialty food company, Peanut Better, Inc. He is the co-
author of
Commercial Loan Review and Audit published by Sheshunoff, and conducts
loan review services for banks as well
as application services for “de
novo” (new) banks and consulting on strategy, planning, and marketing
for existing banks.
Hainer’s experience in the banking
field extended over two decades. He
worked for The Sakura Bank Limited, Los Angeles Agency, as its Senior
Vice President, Co-Department Head in charge of the domestic Corporate
Finance effort in the Western U.S. for this large Japanese Bank. In
this
capacity, he tripled the number of clients and increased the
office’s return on assets by more than 250%. Prior to working for
Sakura, Hainer worked
for a large German bank, DG BANK, Los Angeles
Branch as its Vice President, Deputy Manager. Earlier still, he worked
for Continental Bank of
Chicago, both in Chicago and Los Angeles.
Hainer was graduated with an
MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School. He was
also graduated cum laude
from Lawrence University in Appleton,
Wisconsin with a BA degree in economics.
Rich
Tamayo, Producer / Videographer / Editor
Rich Tamayo is an Emmy winning producer with many video program credits
since 1985. He started out in television, as a child
actor, being principal for several national television commercials.
From there
he graduated to most all fields behind the camera
working as a set designer, builder & electrician at Sunset Gower
Studios.
Special efx and stunts became another field of interest
while working on TV progams for NBC and ABC. Film & Video
classes at UCLA
helped Rich to fully untilize his skills and thus
started his own video production company, TVP
Studios. While maintaining
current technoly, Rich focuses
on future production
trends including internet social networking and Live multiple camera
internet production
streaming for industrial business markets.
Located in the heart of the Media District in Burbank, California, TVP
Studios has co-produced literally hundrends of videos with HCP
for our clients, world wide.
