Deb Halberstadt owns HalfCity Productions, Altadena, CA, a digital photography and video company with fully equipped insert stage and outdoor garden. She has hands-on knowledge of all aspects of field, studio, and post-production. Much of her experience lies in the Los Angeles market, though some of it has been in other areas of California, in other states, and abroad.
Previously Deb was NBC Manager, Media Services-Photography for Corporate Communications where she managed a staff of 14 and a yearly million-dollar budget. Her shooting experience includes portraiture, episodic television, sports, news, public and private publicity, promotion and advertising. Before NBC, she worked for the Associated Press as a picture editor/photographer in Chicago and Los Angeles.
Ms. Halberstadt is a producer, field and post-production director, videographer, and photographer with long and strong experience in newspapers, wire services, magazines, television networks, public relations, public sector, and corporate communications. Her hobby is beautiful decorative photos.
Rich Tamayo began producing & directing programs on Super-8 film in the 70’s for netertainment. While studying the “Meisner” Acting Technique, Rich was picked up by the Lani O’Grady Talent Agency, joined the Screen Actors Guild, and soon thereafter stepped in front of the camera starring in several national television commercials for Pepsi Cola and McDonald Restaurants. UCLA’s Video/Film academics further enriched Rich’s skills, thus helping him merge into many associated fields, to include Art Dep. (Props) & Set Designing for Sunset-Gower Studios and KNBC Television programming. Whole working on TV programs and commercials, special EFX and pyrotechnics & stunts became another field of interest along with natural-light photography & Photoshop software.
TVP Studios was established in 1985 in Burbank, California offering just about every aspect of Video Production and Post-Production including a fully equipped sound stage, state of the art Editing Bay and a complimentary graphics studio for producing custom VHS/DVD artwork & mass duplications. Rich’s devotion to mastering a “One Stop Shop” approach has enabled thousands of clients to complete their production projects , all in one location.
In 2002 Rich received an Emmy Award in recognition for his camera work on “Street Music LA.” The projectt was information/public affairs program that ran on KDOC televise in Los Angeles.
In 2003 TVP Studios became TVP LIVE with the opening of its new Orange County office, focusing on computer-based production trends with emphasis on World-Wide-Web media networking via Multi-Camera Livestreaming On-Location.
Jon Hainer is an executive with more than 30 years experience an a variety of fields. He has been admitted as an expert by the Superior Court of Los Angeles and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court on banking, finance and forensic accounting matters. He provides litigation support services including preparation of deposition and trial questions, analysis of financial documents and other accounting records. He writes business plans,marketing studies, and implementation plans for revamping and refinancing troubled companies. He co-founded and was CFO of a specialty food company, Peanut Better,Inc. He is the c-author of Commercial Loan Review and Audit published by Sheshunoff, and conducts loan review services for banks as well as application services for “de novo” (new) banks and consult ion on strategy, planning, and marketing for existing banks.
Hainer’s experience in the banking industry extends over two decades. He worked for the Sakura Bank Limited, Los Angeles Agency, as it’s Senior Vice President, Co-Department Head in charge of the domestic Corporate Finance effort in the Western U.S. for this large Japanese Bank. In this capacity he tripled the number of clients and increased the the office’s return on assets by more than 250%. Prior to working for Sakura Hainer worked for a large German bank,DG Bank, Los Angeles Branch as it’s Vice President and Deputy Manager. Earlier still he worked for Continental Bank of Chicago, both in Chicago and Los Angeles. Hainer Graduated with an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Business. He also graduated cum laude from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin with a BA degree in economics.
